#ItemStatusTriage (PMO)
1Individual profile should only list individual-related services in the service list — add a default filter by profile type (same behaviour for the other profile types).UAT Resolved
2Service 901 must have only one approval node.UAT Resolved
3"Request Modification / Pending Payment" customer email: (1) include a clickable deep link that opens the corresponding application for editing or payment; (2) Payment Deadline should show the date only — drop HH:mm:ss.UAT Resolved
4Service 903 — when adding a new activity whose EconomicActivityId is 1, 4, 1021, 16 or 23 (external approval required), warn the user that the establishment-info amendment and the new-activity request can be submitted separately so the info update is not delayed. Reuse the Cancel Activity confirmation UX.Affected activities: import & distribution of books; printing press; publishing house; advertising-board design/execution/installation; media & advertising consultations and studies.DP Resolved
5aService 901 — media activities auto-filled from the matched MoE economic activity must not be addable or removable; only the auto-filled set should remain.Waiting for QA
5bMoE requirement — notify the user that they must register with NMA within a time limit. If NMA registration + media license is not completed within 2 weeks, apply an automatic AED 10,000 fine; after a further 30 days without a media license, apply a second fine (AED 40,000). Penalty clause: L1 "Practicing media activity without a license or permit".The auto-create / auto-approve part of the requirement doc is out of scope for now.Pending for Dev
5cMoE requirement — consume trade-license updates from MoE (e.g. partner / establishment information changes) and notify the user using template CP-19.Pending for Dev
8Remove the "Without Committee" option from service 901 (config change).UAT Resolved
9Rename "File Password" to "PDF Access Code" and update the whole dialog copy — title "PDF Access Code", description "Use the access code below to open your downloaded PDF file.", field "Access Code", note "Copy and keep this access code. You will need it to open the PDF file after downloading.", button "Copy Access Code & Download".Applies to both Customer and Admin PDF download dialogs.UAT Resolved
11Client confirmed: for services requiring FAHR approval, auto-submit to FAHR once Initial Approval passes — no manual "External Approval" click. Remove the External Approval button config for 901, 903, 8006, 4, 1801, 8007, 8008, 1201, 1203, 801, 803, 905, 1205, 804.DP Resolved
12When FAHR calls back into the system, send a notification to back-office staff so they can process it.Pending for PMPM-01
P1MDefectPM
FAHR integration / Back-office⛓ Business decision: notification channel + target role✎ Decision blocker - dev cannot start until notification rule is defined.
13aServices 1203 / 803 modify — if Chief Editor information has changed, the application must also be resubmitted to FAHR for external approval.DP Resolved
13bServices 1203 / 803 modify — when Chief Editor information is unchanged and the user simply clicks Next, the backend still submits to FAHR for external approval. It should not.Pending for Dev
14Services 801 / 802 (Radio & TV Media License) — only one language per application, no multi-select (already handled in the service config). Applying for additional languages requires new applications, so the service must allow the same profile to apply multiple times.DP Resolved
15360 Establishment Overview > Licenses & Permits must support expanding a license to show the activities attached to it — especially the 901 Media License — so back office can review them.Page UI design to be delivered by Boya.Pending for DevDEV-01

#ItemStatusTriage (PMO)
2aNewspaper / Magazine license — umbrella requirement covering the sub-items below (2b–2f).Pending for DevDEV-02
P1XLDefectDev
Service 120x (Newspaper/Magazine)⛓ Item (5) needs written confirmation from FAHR✎ Largest single package on the list - split into 5 dev tasks before estimating.
2bNewspaper / Magazine license: (1) the form needs a file-upload field for the newspaper/magazine draft (not required for the "electronic" type); (2) drafts can be large — cap at 100MB and, when exceeded, allow submitting a link instead (same as the Movie service); (3) route the application to the Content department once Initial Approval passes (verify the current workflow config supports it); (4) once both Content approval and Chief Editor external approval pass, the application is approved automatically — no separate Final Approval step; (5) confirm with FAHR whether they can still revoke an approval after our system has approved (client is also checking with FAHR).DP Resolved
2cUpload component is missing the help ("?") icon that explains accepted file types and size limits.Waiting for QA
2dElectronic-type activities should not require the draft upload — the electronic edition already provides a URL.Waiting for QA
2eAll service 1201 (Newspaper / Magazine license) applications must be routed to the Content department after Initial Approval passes.Pending for Dev
2fWhen Content-department approval and (where applicable) Chief Editor external approval both pass, the application is approved immediately — no Final Approval. If there is no external approval at all, Content-department approval alone completes the application.Pending for Dev
3aService 1201 — newspaper/magazine names must be de-duplicated after trimming whitespace; error message: "This name is already taken".DP Resolved
3bIntermittent: after entering a Suggested Name and clicking Confirm, the field shows a validation error (see reference screenshot).DP Resolved
3cRenew flow is blocked by the newly added name de-duplication check — the application cannot be submitted (POST /api/MyRequest/AddNewApplication, serviceCode 1204).DP Resolved
4Prevent the same social media account from being claimed by multiple profiles, and stop users from re-earning the 3-year free period by switching profile / account or re-applying (see requirement doc in the expected-result column).DeferredDEV-03
P1MDefectDev
Social Media Accounts (global)⛓ Data migration for existing duplicate records✎ Rule change - confirm treatment of accounts already registered under the old rule.
5Services in the 120x and 80x series — Chief Editor must use Emirates ID only; remove the Passport / UID options.DP Resolved
7Every "personal photo" / avatar upload field needs the same guidance text shown in the reference screenshot.DP Resolved
8Service 1203 modify — languages & name must not be editable or deletable; only Establishment Info and Chief Editor stay editable (service config change).UAT Resolved
9a80x series — make the TRA field optional (form config).DP Resolved
9bAfter TRA Broadcast Frequency was made optional the form can no longer be submitted (POST /api/customer-engines/rule/validate, serviceId 801).DP Resolved
10a120x — when an activity under the "electronic" category is selected, hide the "Newspaper / Magazine Owner Approval" field; everything else unchanged.DP Resolved
10bWhen "reprinting" is selected, rename "Newspaper / Magazine Owner Approval" to "Newspaper / Magazine Owner / Chief Editor Approval".DP Resolved
10cThe "electronic" category covers newspapers/magazines circulated inside the UAE and must also expose frequency, so this category needs dedicated activities mapped to specific fees: electronic daily newspaper → EconomicActivityId 1008; electronic weekly newspaper → 1010; electronic weekly magazine → 1029; electronic biweekly magazine → 1031; electronic monthly magazine → 1011; electronic quarterly magazine → 1012; electronic annual magazine → 1014.Pending for DevDEV-04
P0MDefectDev
Service 120x (Electronic)⛓ Fee schedule / EconomicActivityId list must be confirmed by client✎ Fee-impacting - a wrong mapping charges the customer the wrong amount. Treat as P0.
10dWhen an "electronic" category activity is selected, the Chief Editor Information step must not be skipped — the info is still required.DP Resolved
10eAfter adding the electronic activities, fee calculation fails: POST /api/customer-engines/fee/quote (serviceId 1201) returns 503 "Fee quote rejected" / "Fee facts request failed with status code 422" (FEE-FACT-001).Pending for Dev
11Service 1204 renew — languages and names must not be editable, deletable, or addable.DP Resolved
12aService 1204 renew — Emirates ID handling (parent item covering 12b and 12c).Pending for DevDEV-05
P1MDefectDev
Service 1204 (Renew)⛓ Depends on PM-02 decision✎ Parent item for DEV-06 and PM-02.
12bService 1204 renew — if the Emirates ID has not expired no update is required, so the application should be auto-approved.Pending for DevDEV-06
P1SDefectDev
Service 1204 (Renew)⛓ Depends on PM-02 decision✎ Quick win once the 1204 EID matrix is signed off.
12cService 1204 renew — if the Emirates ID has expired, confirm with the customer whether the EID file needs updating; if not, refresh the information from ICP and then auto-approve.Pending for PMPM-02
P1LDefectPM
Service 1204 (Renew) / ICP⛓ ICP integration availability + customer-confirmation UX✎ Pairs with DEV-05 / DEV-06; decide the full 1204 EID matrix in one go.
13aService 1202 cancel must be auto-approved.DP ResolvedDEV-07
P1SDefectDev
Service 1202 (Cancel)✎ Config/workflow change - group with the other auto-approval items.
13bRemove the "Approval Letter" field.DP Resolved
14aService 13 must be auto-approved on submission.DP ResolvedDEV-08
P1SDefectDev
Service 13✎ Group with DEV-07 / DEV-09 as one auto-approval batch.
14bRename the form field "Entity Request Letter" to "Letter from Event Organizer".UAT Resolved
15aServices 7, 14, 20 — change the service config to accept applications from companies registered in any emirate (e.g. a company registered in Abu Dhabi must be able to apply for filming in Ras Al Khaimah).DP Resolved
15bConfirmed the map-rejection hint is still needed even though all emirates can now apply — it explains what to do when the shooting location is in one of those three emirates.Pending for Dev
16Services 7 and 20 — Start Date must begin the day after today, within a 10-day to 6-month window, and the Start–End duration must not exceed 3 months (matching the client's legacy system: if today is the 19th, the earliest start date is the 30th).DP Resolved
17Services 7 / 14 / 20 — add an "Others" option to Photography Purpose.UAT Resolved
18Services 7 / 14 / 20 — Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah must be applied for through the local authority, so update the copy in the map-rejection dialog: "Please note photography service for the emirates of Dubai and Sharjah, Abu Dhabi can obtain by visiting the official website of the local media authority, find the links: Abu Dhabi link, Dubai link, Sharjah link" (Arabic text supplied).DP Resolved
20Service 7 — the two documents that are currently digital-only need PDF download support, because external approvers require PDF.DeferredPM-03
P1MDefectPM
Service 7 (Filming Permit)⛓ Confirm required PDF template/layout with the external approver✎ Blocks the external-approval path for Service 7.
21aService 14 (Aerial) — Start Date may be any future date, but the Start–End duration must not exceed 3 months.DP Resolved
21bService 14 must support auto-approval.DP ResolvedDEV-09
P1SDefectDev
Service 14 (Aerial Filming)✎ Group with DEV-07 / DEV-08 as one auto-approval batch.
21cService 14 — remove the Start Date restriction from the business-rule validation.Pending for Dev

2Service 8007 — the "Official Account Screenshot" field currently accepts PDF only; change it to image upload only (max size 5MB; jpg, jpeg, png).UAT Resolved
3Service 8007 (individual social media advertising license) — after Initial Approval passes, auto-submit to FAHR for external approval; once FAHR approves, no separate Final Approval step is needed.DP Resolved
4The FAHR approval for 8007 individual social media is required annually, so the 80021 renew flow must also call FAHR — and likewise skip Final Approval once FAHR approves.Pending for DevDEV-10
P1MDefectDev
Service 80021 (Renew) / FAHR⛓ FAHR renewal endpoint behaviour✎ Mirrors the Day 3 #3 pattern already deployed for 8007.
680021 / 80022 renew — social media accounts must not be edited, deleted or added, and the Social Media Manager must not be changed.Waiting for QADEV-11
P1SDefectDev
Service 80021 / 80022 (Renew)✎ Form/service config change.
780011 / 80012 modify — must support editing the Social Media Manager (already configured by Canli); frontend needs to confirm the information is auto-populated.Pending for DevDEV-12
P1SDefectDev
Service 80011 / 80012 (Modify)⛓ Backend config already done by canli✎ Frontend verification only - should be a fast close.
9After clicking Save, show a toast confirming the account was saved: "Social media account added successfully".DP Resolved
10aFor every case that needs FAHR establishment-partner approval, when the partner type is "Company" the company representative's English and Arabic names plus EID number must be sent to FAHR for approval.DeferredDEV-13
P1MDefectDev
FAHR Partner Approval⛓ Requires DEV-14 fields to exist first✎ Sequenced after DEV-14.
10bWhen adding a Company-type partner, capture the company representative's English/Arabic names and EID number — affects the profile page partner list and the partner component of the Partner Management service.Waiting for QADEV-14
P1MDefectDev
Profile / Partner Management✎ Prerequisite for DEV-13 - schedule first.
1180021 / 80022 renew no longer requires the training video.DP Resolved
12Agency applying for service 8008 — the training video must be emailed to each influencer with a link; the application can only reach the approval node after each influencer confirms they have watched it.DeferredDEV-15
P2LCR CandidateDev
Service 8008 (Agency)⛓ New notification + confirmation sub-flow✎ New capability rather than a defect fix - recommend raising as a Change Request.
13aServices 1801 / 1802 — remove the field shown on the referenced form page (serviceCode 1801).DP Resolved
13bPress card certificate — front and back are currently on separate pages; they must be rendered on the same page.Waiting for QA
13cShipping cost for mailing the physical press card is not yet calculated.Pending for Dev
13dA 1901 application must be approved (EID obtained) before applying for the 1-year regular press card via 1801; the required 1901 form changes are pending client confirmation.Pending for Dev
14aService 1801 "Temporary" type — activity "Permit for a foreign correspondent or journalist not registered in the UAE to cover a specific event (for the duration of the event only)" needs a "Permit Start Date" field (already in the form config), allowing today or any future date.DP ResolvedDEV-16
P1MDefectDev
Service 1801 (Temporary)⛓ Validity period may change to 3/6 months (see Day 4 #4)✎ Confirm the final validity rule before coding - Day 4 #4 flags a possible reversal.
14bOn the certificate, the temporary press card's validity must start from Permit Start Date and stay valid for 1 month; the Effective Date on the Licenses & Permits page must reflect the same.Waiting for QA
16Services 1801 / 1802 — remove the Social Media Account section entirely.DP Resolved

UAT Day 415 items

DP Resolved 3Waiting for QA 1Pending for Dev 7Deferred 4

#ItemStatusTriage (PMO)
1Arabic UI for service 1901 uses the wrong term — "طلب كفالة" should be "طلب تمويل".DP ResolvedDEV-17
P1SDefectDev
Service 1901 (Arabic UI)✎ Quick win - client-visible copy error, low effort. Close early for goodwill.
2Service 1901 — change the form config to Full Name, personal photo, passport copy, and a "To Whom It May Concern" letter issued by the company.DP ResolvedDEV-18
P2SDefectDev
Service 1901 (Documents)⛓ Template wording to be confirmed✎ Document template change.
2bService 1901 — the form no longer depends on an upstream press card, so the business-rule validation must drop that check. POST rule validation for serviceId 1901 still returns S1901-FORM-001 "Selecting an upstream Service18 press card is required for Service1901." and blocks submission.Pending for Dev
3To obtain a regular foreign press card a journalist applies for 1901 first, then 1801. Once the 1901 application is approved, automatically create an 1801 draft for the customer and notify them.DeferredDEV-19
P2LCR CandidateDev
Service 1901 -> 1801⛓ Cross-service orchestration + notification design✎ New cross-service capability - recommend raising as a Change Request.
5Service 1801 — the "Temporary" application type must accept Passport only and the "Regular" type must accept Emirates ID only (form config change; also affects the FAHR payload).Pending for DevDEV-20
P1SDefectDev
Service 1801✎ Form config change.
6After a Request Modification, the customer viewing the pending-modification application should see the changed points highlighted with an animation to draw attention.DeferredDEV-21
P3SCR CandidateDev
Request Modification (global)⛓ UX design for the popup/animation✎ UX enhancement - defer unless the client insists it is in UAT scope.
7Self-monitor program applications are handled by the Content department (service config already updated), but this service must support approval-before-payment.Pending for DevDEV-22
P2MCR CandidateDev
Self-Monitor / Content Dept⛓ Scope definition required - what exactly is being built✎ Requirement is under-specified; clarify the concrete deliverable before estimating.
9On the 1801 certificate, rename "Media License Number" to "Media Permit Number" (Arabic: رقم تصريح الإعلام).Waiting for QA
10Transfer of ownership for a media license needs to be supported in a later phase.DeferredDEV-23
P1XLCR CandidateDev
Service 90x (Media Licence)⛓ Full service design, workflow and fee model missing✎ Not a defect - an unimplemented service. Highest scope risk on the list; escalate for a CR.
11Service 4 eligibility — service 4 (AED 100) is only for local news agencies applying for press cards on behalf of their own journalists. A local news agency must hold a 901-series media license, so only companies holding a 901-series media license may apply for service 4.Pending for DevDEV-24
P1MDefectDev
Service 4 (Local Press Card)⛓ Conflicts with Day 3 #17 (Service 4 retired) - must be reconciled✎ CONFLICT: Day 3 #17 retired Service 4 and is UAT Resolved. Resolve before any Service 4 work starts.
12aService 4 — display Emirates ID only (remove the other identity document options).DP ResolvedDEV-25
P1SDefectDev
Service 4 (Local Press Card)⛓ Depends on the Service 4 retirement conflict being resolved✎ See DEV-24 conflict note.
12bServices 1801 and 1802 both need FAHR support.Pending for DevDEV-29
P1LDefectDev
Service 1801 / 1802 / FAHR⛓ FAHR endpoint mapping for press-card services✎ Reuses the FAHR auto-submit pattern from Day 1 #11.
12cService 4 requires FAHR approval.Pending for DevDEV-26
P1MDefectDev
Service 4 (Local Press Card)⛓ Depends on the Service 4 retirement conflict being resolved✎ See DEV-24 conflict note.
12dService 4 must support renewal.Pending for DevDEV-27
P1MCR CandidateDev
Service 4 (Local Press Card)⛓ Depends on the Service 4 retirement conflict being resolved✎ New renewal flow - see DEV-24 conflict note.
13The press card needs a front/back flip display, similar to the card view in the ICP app.DeferredDEV-28
P3MCR CandidateDev
Press Card (display)⛓ UI design required✎ Cosmetic enhancement - defer to post-Go-Live unless client escalates.

Priority scale (DayPop proposal)

P0Blocks UAT progress, or has a fee / legal / data-integrity impact. Must be fixed inside the UAT window.
P1Must be fixed before Go-Live. Core service behaviour, approval routing, or external-approval integration.
P2Fix in a follow-up release. Back-office convenience, document wording, non-blocking flows.
P3Enhancement / cosmetic. Defer unless the client escalates.

Estimated effort

S1 day or less — typically a form or service configuration change.
M2–3 days — backend plus frontend change within one service.
L4–8 days — cross-service or integration work.
XLMore than 8 days — new capability, or a package that must be split into sub-tasks first.

Scope classification

DefectA genuine defect against agreed scope. Fixed under the UAT fix-and-verify rule at no extra cost.
CR CandidateNew capability not covered by the agreed scope. Recommend raising a Change Request before committing.
TBCScope ownership still to be confirmed with the client.

Notes

Open points to raise with the client

  1. 1. Service 4 conflict — Day 3 #17 retires Service 4 and is already UAT Resolved, but Day 4 #11 / #12a / #12b / #12c all add Service 4 requirements. These cannot both stand - resolve before any Service 4 work is scheduled.
  2. 2. 1801 validity period — Day 3 #14 sets the temporary press card to 1 month; Day 4 #4 says it may revert to 3 or 6 months. Freeze the rule before coding DEV-16.
  3. 3. Change Request items — 7 items are classified as CR Candidates. Agree the defect / change-request boundary with the client before committing dates.
  4. 4. Day 4 volume — 13 of the 15 Day 4 items are not started. Confirm whether Day 4 findings sit inside the current UAT window or move to a follow-up phase.

Priority, estimated effort and scope classification are DayPop proposals and remain pending client confirmation. Status values are taken from the latest UAT bug tracker.
